EFFICIENCY OF DRYER

In order to attain the goals of my study, i conduct an experiment of drying bananas in parabolic direct solar dryer..

1st trial of drying:
       highest temperature attained: 67 degree Celcius
       Drying time: 1.51 hours
2nd trial of drying:
       highest temperature attained: 62 degree Celcius
       Drying time: 2.2 hours
3rd trial of drying:

       highest temperature attained: 60 degree Celcius
       Drying time: 2.5 hours

average temperature = 63 degree celcius
average Drying time = 2.07 hours

*note: drying may vary in relative humidity of the surrounding..
         : inlet of air should be prioritize.
         : using of blower/fan for exhaust should be applied..
